Google sign-in is optional
You can browse and keep a player card on your device without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides an account identifier and verified email address. We use these to identify your account, show which account is signed in, and keep your saved player card available across devices. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or your MSU wallet.
What your player card stores
Your device stores your chosen display name, public wallet and character, saved contacts, planning-room notes, preferences, and cached public character data. If you enable profile sync, a copy is stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database under your account identifier with your email and update time. Saved contacts and room notes are personal notes, not messages sent to other players.
How data is used and protected
Account and synced profile data are used to provide sign-in and profile sync. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google processes sign-in, and Cloudflare hosts the website, database, and operational security logs. Requests can include IP addresses and technical information needed for delivery, rate limits, troubleshooting, and security. Public MSU information is requested from MSU and other sources identified in the website’s tools.
Connections use HTTPS. The sign-in session is encrypted in a Secure, HttpOnly cookie and expires after 24 hours. Google tokens are verified by the server and are not stored in browser local storage. Signing out clears this browser’s sign-in cookie; it does not erase your device’s player card.
Tool storage and other connections
Tools also save browser preferences, boss rotations, collection friends, gear previews, carts, and public-data caches separately from your player card. These use local storage, session storage, or browser caches. Dismissing a maintenance notice may also save a small preference cookie until that notice expires. They are not all included in Passport sync. If storage is full, a gear preview may only last for the current tab or visit; the tool shows a notice when that happens.
Pet Farm has its own public-wallet viewing session lasting up to 30 days. Entering a public wallet does not verify ownership. Wallet-associated farm progress and verification records are stored on the server. Disconnecting ends the session; it does not delete that progress. Public wallet and character activity may be visible through public tools.
If you separately authorize MSU market search, the site uses encrypted cookies for that connection, lasting at most ten minutes. This is separate from Google sign-in. Review MSU’s authorization screen for the requested permissions. The site does not use this access to purchase or transfer items.
When you email support, your message and any details you include are handled through our email provider to respond to your request. Include only what is needed to explain the issue.
Your choices and deletion
In Passport → Settings, you can export or clear your local player card and delete your synced cloud profile. Deleting the cloud profile keeps the device copy until you clear it separately. Cloud profile data is retained until you delete it or request removal. You can also revoke MyDailyMaple’s Google connection in your Google account settings. For removal requests or questions about retained operational records, contact the address above.
Passport deletion covers the Passport profile, not every tool’s saved data or Pet Farm progress. Use a tool’s own clear controls where available, or your browser’s site-data settings to remove this site’s device storage and cookies. Clearing browser data does not delete server records. Contact us about farm data, support messages, or other server records you want removed.
Google sign-in does not prove ownership of a wallet and does not authorize MSU market access, purchases, transfers, or wallet signatures. Those are separate services and permissions.
