Blacklist
Blocking a character applies to that character's account, helping players manage unwanted contact.
Account-wide blocking
The blacklist applies to the blocked character's entire account. A character or account cannot simultaneously remain on both the Friends List and the blacklist.
Friend and guild restrictions
Within the same world, an account friendship conflicts with blacklisting that account's characters. Conversely, characters belonging to a blacklisted account cannot be added as character or account friends.
A player cannot add their own current guild to the guild blacklist.
