Getting started requires a wallet-connected MapleStory Universe account and the Nexpace Game Manager launcher.
Wallet and account
MapleStory Universe supports wallet creation through Google, X or Apple, alongside MetaMask connections. A wallet created through the site's social login is separate from a MetaMask wallet using that same social account.
Account registration starts with Connect Wallet, followed by a nickname, email verification and the requested wallet signature. Future logins should use the original wallet provider.
Installing the client
After signing into the official MapleStory N website, Play Now begins the Nexpace Game Manager installation flow. The manager installs the client, and later Play Now launches it.
The guide recommends Windows 10 64-bit or later, at least 8 GB RAM, 30 GB available SSD space and DirectX 11.
Wallet recovery
A self-custodial wallet's private keys, recovery phrase and PIN require secure storage. The official guide states that lost credentials and assets cannot be restored by NEXPACE or MetaMask.
